  I had a good experience at the Verizon store in League City hwy 96. I wanted to switch from ATT (17 years) because their service connection was bad in my location and their plans were very high. So Garrett took the time to help me switch four phones and with a good store promotion. The only reason why I didn’t give it a five star was because the process was very long (3hours)With all the high tech gadgets, Verizon could give their hard working staff scanners for the products instead of manually inputting numbers. Hope my future experience will be awesome with Verizon

  Everyone at 96 is always pleasant and very helpful. To say the store was closed, Drew opened the door and went right to helping me. Took his time to give me different options for my phone. We love the love store give us. Donna Tolliver
