  At this point it gets one star and that is for Brian, the salesman. He was very helpful. However, the bed that was to be delivered Saturday never came. On Sunday, I called and was told something didn't get done by either the salesman or the DM (the man I spoke to doesn't usually work that store and had no idea where the breakdown was), but he "corrected the problem and set up delivery for Tuesday. Well, it is now after 8:00 (when they stop delivering) on Tuesday and still no mattress. I called the store twice today and spoke to Oscar, whose customer service consisted of "it is on the schedule" and to call the store if I had not heard from the driver by 7:30. I called 6 times and there was no answer. They have called ID and I believe he was dodging my calls. Guess we'll see what happens tomorrow, but I would not recommend Mattress One. There are too many other options out there. The only good thing was Brian. Unfortunately he has not been there the days delivery was to be made so I don't know if he would have done any better.
