  This particular location is clean, neat and well organized. I ask two different employees where to find some not so typical items. Both gave excellent directions, resulting in time saved. Excellent!

  Went to Lowe’s to buy a cooktop when inside I went to the appliance section, I was there for more than 10 minuets and no employees approached me to see if I needed anything. I picked out the one I wanted then went to the sales desk and waited there another 20 minuets. The salesman told me it wasn’t in stock but would be available for delivery the next day “You will get a call tomorrow to let you know what time window”. There was no call at 1pm I called the delivery service number and was told it is on back order. In the meantime my day had been waisted waiting. Tried to call the store couldn’t get appliances or the operator to answer. I am not happy with them. **PS** If you need appliances at League City Lowe’s make sure and see John he knows what he is doing and will make sure your order is done correctly and give a correct time frame for arrival he took Lowe’s from 1 star to 4 for his efforts to fix my issue.   I went in to replace all the doors in my house due to Harvey. I met the sweetest and nicest person at Lowest, Diane in the door section. She made my visit so warm, and easy. I can buy 1 door but 13, please. Diane is the best. Give that woman a bonus.
