  I am a previous client and purchased an appliance from somewhere else after speaking to him and him saying that he didn't sell it. After purchasing, he said that he would send an installation crew to install it and every day, he kept telling me to call him in 2 hours, at the end of the end, tomorrow afternoon, etc.. Each time, he had an excuse for not getting to me that day. After 3 weeks, he finally said he wouldn't install it. I wish he had told me that from the beginning instead of dragging it out. Integrity is important when you have your own business. I will not be using him again and will not refer him to others (even though I have been referring him for years).
