The people that were sent for demolition cleaned up, and the backsplash was exactly was discussed according to my specifications. I don't understand why the bad reviews, and i admit i didn't read them until afterwards i was worried but paperwork was signed and Im just glad I didn't experience any of that. Thanks Ellie for your help and James for explaining everything. My kitchen was all done in 1 Day!!! Thanks again...
