  My wife had ordered a few items for our daughters mum. We had ordered it over a week ago and went to pick these items up yesterday only to be told they were not yet ready so we waited until today and my wife went back. This time the order wasn't even close to what we wanted and ordered. They were not much help in trying to resolve the situation and now my wife will have to work a little harder to make this happen for our daughter. Not to happy with these people. You would think that they would be able to help out but they were clueless as to how to fix this. And then was charged for the resolution my wife and other customers came up with. Will not return to this establishment.

  Not only do they routinely give you the wrong vinyl even if you have to special order it but the incompetent idiots that work there have the audacity to make rude and lewd comments to not only myself but to my wife when she showed up the last time. I can't believe somebody can operate a business and have employees that are this incompetent... The owner is a thief!!! She stole pictures of out work that we had her cut out and posted them as her own. Pissing off our customers. and more than willing to help you with whatever issues you have until you call her on it. The employees are McDonald's level at best and that's being generous. They all talk about each other behind their backs. If i pay you to cut out something for my customers, it doesnt make it yours!
